• The game models, custom elements, and synthetic fossil technologies displayed are proprietary assets.
• No part of the Services or Content may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, or publicly displayed for any commercial purpose without our express prior written consent.

3. User Representations & Code of Conduct

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you will comply with these terms. You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including:

• Using any automated system, including bots, scripts, or offline readers, to access the Services.
• Attempting to bypass security measures or access restricted administrative panels.
• Cheating, hacking, exploiting, or using unauthorized third-party tools in any associated games or simulations.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members of the community or staff.

If you register an account in our system, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
